*NEW CLASS - Tuesday 5pm will temporarily be “Breathwork + Sound” with Heather Sheets!
This class is included in all memberships, and is a regular $15 drop-in for non-members.
(1/21 and 2/11 will be Yoga classes with Karen East)
JANUARY THEME OF THE MONTH = AHIMSA (compassion/non-violence)
During the month of January, look for our teachers to work in the theme of “Ahimsa”.
How many opportunities can we find this month to act with loving kindness towards ourselves, others, the environment, etc…?
