Our Services

We offer a full schedule of weekly group classes appropriate for participants of all levels and abilities.  In addition, 1-1 private sessions are also available.

This Japanese healing modality helps to calm the nervous system, and often leaves the participant feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.  There are no contraindications, and the client remains completely clothed for this very gentle touch therapy.  Curious about Reiki?  Give it a try!
