Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes for all ability levels, and are excited to keep adding options as we grow!

Class Descriptions

 

❤️ Gentle Flow - A gentle movement practice integrated with breathing exercises and meditation. Moves at a slower pace and is perfect for beginners. 

 

🧡 Vinyasa Yoga - More flowing movements in connection to the breath. Opportunities to try some challenging balance postures, arm balances, and playful sequences. 

 

💛 Core + Strength - Options to use weights for a variety of strength training, mobility, and resilience building movements. 

 

💚 Core + Flow - Focus on balance and deep core strengthening, with a variety of mat Pilates and flexibility enhancing exercises woven in. 

 

💙 Heated Power Flow - Expect the room to be a little warmer as you move through Sun Salutations and other postures to build heat and stamina. 

 

💜 Meditation - Gentle breathing exercises, guided, and silent meditations. Anyone can participate. 

✨Meditation is done by donation, to be shared with Pappus House. ✨
