Service Description

Join us for this powerful, rejuvenating experience of Restorative Yoga and Sound to welcome the season of Autumn. Heather Seton will guide participants to supported poses, allowing your body to release tension and soften with ease. Meanwhile, Heather Sheets will guide the attention within with the captivating sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums, vocals and more. The sanctuary created offers a balance of support and sonic nurturing leading to states of deep peace, relaxation, and quiet reflection nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. Please come dressed comfortably Bring any props you may have, bolsters/pillows/eye cover/blankets and water Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax into your space

Please cancel in advance if you will not be able to make the class in order to free up space for someone else. Pre-purchased sessions are not refundable.
