Join us for this powerful, rejuvenating experience of Restorative Yoga and Sound, surrender and release before the holiday season. Heather Seton will guide participants to supported poses, allowing your body to release tension and soften with ease. Meanwhile, Heather Sheets will guide the attention within with the captivating sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums, vocals and more. The balance of support and sonic nurturing leads to states of deep peace and relaxation allowing the body and mind to rest and heal on deep levels. Please come dressed comfortably Bring any props you may have, bolsters/pillows/eye cover/blankets and water Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax into your space
