Mantra - Drum Play Circle

Service Description

Gather with like-minded members of community for a blended offering of drumming, vocalizing, journaling, and mantra creation. A mantra is a collection of words that are repeated during prayer or meditation. Repeating a mantra creates an opportunity to place focused intention on a desired outcome. We will work with mantras to heighten our awareness, bring about clarity, and to encourage peace and bliss. Heather will offer a journal prompt to participants which may spark words of affirmation to then create a mantra. As spirit leads we will flow into whatever is divinely called for. We will drum, chant, and vocalize as we are called with each other. Creating a melody with words offers a powerful vibration to the ethers. Will inspiration lead us to chant YOUR mantra? No worries if not. Heather will prepare with words and mantra to try along with the spontaneous creation that may arise with any or all of us. Let's explore this offering together!
