Join Heather 3rd Fridays for an invitation to journey within. Sound brings stillness to the body and mind by creating a tapestry woven in, through and around the space and the inner webs. Allow the sounds of flute, drum, gong, singing bowls, chimes and other melodic and percussive instruments to sooth and regulate the nervous system. Leave feeling renewed and at peace.
