Join Heather Sheets and special guest Joe Clark for an uplifting drum circle in community! Drumming in community has been shown to elevate mood, reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and create a feeling of connection. If you don't have a drum, no worries, we will have plenty to share. Contact us for a special rate for couples/doubles.
