Stepping Stone Yoga Studio Registration Terms & Conditions

1. All registration fees* are non-refundable but are transferable.

*Unless you enrolled in a series or workshop in which either did not meet its minimum requirement, therefore you may choose to transfer the funds to a future offering or receive a refund. If an offering that requires a minimum attendance does not meet its minimum numbers and you have already paid, you will be contacted shortly after the offering is cancelled.  

2. When you enroll in any of our class package deals or membership, it is important that you let us know by phone or email IF you do not receive a confirmation email after you have completed registration (802 323 9555, sacredcircleschool@gmail.com) so please make sure the email you enter upon registration is valid.  

3. Just as it is important that you take full responsibility for your own bodily limitations when practicing at our studio, it is also advisable that you read all directions, details, and fine print when spending your money anywhere... Some of our product packages and offerings have expiration dates and our membership offers benefits that only you can take advantage of if you know they are there...

So, please be sure to read all the details of a package you are purchasing or an offering you are enrolling in so that you are familiar with these details.

4. On Memberships specifically:

A. When enrolling in monthly memberships ("recurring subscriptions"), such as our membership offerings, we require an initial setup fee (an additional charge on top of the price charged when you first purchase the subscription) of $2.50 for online charges associated with our scheduling site to offset processing fees we encounter.  

B. Again, it is up to you to cash in your member benefits, such as,

1. your FREE GUEST PASS during any month following your initial month as a member; or 

2. your initial month's private consult (or set up your optional weekly consult under the Aging Well Program by Sunday of each week); or

3. to read the prompts on how to receive a prorated discount for your initial month*, should you enroll on any day other than the first of a month, at the date of checkout:

*These memberships are recurring, meaning that you will be billed each month on the first of the month following your initial month.

C. Should you miss the instructions provided in the package description, here are our Prorated discount instructions for membership enrollment:

If you enroll on any day other than the first of a                 month, at checkout, use the coupon code  "Day_"            (using the number of the day you are registering                 following the word Day) in order to receive your                 prorated discount due to automated billing on the             first of each month following.

D. Lastly, when you enroll in one of our memberships, you will receive a confirmation email that will also give you the coupon code for signing up for workshops and series in the future at a 20% discounted rate.
