I teach Yoga to connect with others in a meaningful way. We share this existence together and the process of self-discovery is powerful and complicated, it is in our best interest to empower one another along the way.

The way I teach is simple: I compare it to the way I try to feed my daughter, with a wide blend of variety.   Students often say that the reason they come back to my classes is because they are different every time but always include an awareness of the energies and abilities present.

I love to offer those with more experience in the practice of Yoga a way to go deeper as much as I love to offer modifications to those who are not ready to deepen.

I was certified from Kripalu in 2005, received my Bachelor of Science in Wellness & Alternative Medicine in 2011, studied Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia (2008-09), and Liberal Arts from Bates College (2004-06).

I come from Plum Island, where the cranes and herons flock, where the ocean meets the mouth of the Merrimac River and the people are salty and gritty. I come from a loving family filled with encouragement, support,  and severe loss. I meet the world with gratitude and spirit and visualize the future with intent and hope.

The world in which we live is a scary place but there is beauty all around us. I am grateful for my Yoga practice for it keeps me walking this fine line with grace and integrity.

I can't wait to meet you.
